The most affordable option is to invest in real estate funds. The funds must be on the catalogue of qualified operators. There is a condition to real estate investment, i.e. the 40% share of the funds asset must be assigned for the residential real estate sector in Hungary. Donation

The second option includes donation to an institution offering higher learning opportunities. The donation amount should be at least €10,00,000 towards a Public Trust Donation.
